ORDERING POLICY

ORDERS:

We truly appreciate your support of our products. Your order will be handmade and can usually be customized upon request.  We do our best to ship all orders complete and within one week. If faster shipping is required, we can accommodate your needs. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

Please note that all orders ship via FedEx, therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes.  If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at info@hotrocksjewels.com

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns or exchanges as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However, there can certain exemptions to this, feel free to contact info@hotrocksjewels.com to discuss your particular situation.  We are happy to repair any Hot Rocks jewelry as long as you are responsible for shipping costs in both directions.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

All shipping rates are calculated at checkout and all packages are shipped and tracked through FedEx.

Hot Rocks can be shipped anywhere in the world that FedEx delivers.

We are not responsible for International taxes or duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer.
